Nigel Adams has over twenty years experience in the design and supply of products for the construction industry, he is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology. During his time in the industry he has been involved in pioneering the development of sensors similar to those used on some OnGrade products and developing some of the first graphical machine control systems for excavators. Gary Escott is relatively new to the machine control industry when compared to Nigel however during the five years he has spent in the industry he has developed a sound understanding of the technology and the way in which the technology should be taken to the market and what customers expect and need from the technology. A Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management he has a track record in not just bringing new technology to market but placing that technology at the forefront of market development.
